Kathleen joined the 3OR team in January of 2016 after having a great experience buying and selling her own home. She was impressed with the collaborative team atmosphere, and how enjoyable the transaction was. It was in such contrast to her past experiences buying and selling homes that it lit a spark that prompted her to get her real estate license.

Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Kathleen has an extensive business background giving her a unique understanding of the finances and business side of real estate. She uses her background to guide savvy real estate investors as well as first time homebuyers to reach their real estate goals across all price points. It’s no surprise she is a wiz at Monopoly, a skill she channels into helping her clients get the most out of each transaction.

Kathleen stays busy as the mother of 2 sets of fraternal twins, 1 set of dog twins, Holly and Rudy (shiatsu/poodle mixes) and a Trooper, a yellow lab puppy. To unwind, Kathleen and her husband load up the kids and hop on the boat where they enjoy slinging them around on a tube while they sip on a nice bottle of wine and enjoy aps on the gorgeous Savannah waterways.

Our lender ended up telling us that the first payment would actually not be due until TWO months after closing. We were able to change our closing date to a month earlier, which ended up making our offer a bit stronger. This was a minor oversight and did not cause any issues, but we did feel it was an important thing to know. Other than that, she was very professional and helpful.
